Duties & Responsibilities: Accounts receivables. Enter invoices into Quickbooks Pro, print monthly statements, forward copies of overdue customer statements to sales reps, fax invoices to customers when requested, follow up on overdue accounts. Prepare summaries of sales for use in calculating commission statements. Fulfill sales Rep orders, maintain inventory, handle special orders, approve vendor invoices Inventory management. Design and implement system for tracking inventory in 4 warehouses, reconciling with sales reports. Ordering product, equipment, and equipment replacement parts. Ship product orders to customers as requested by reps. Maintain adequate inventory to meet order needs. Office admin. Filing, bank runs, inbound phones, bank account reconciliation Calculate and reconcile Rep expense reimbursements. Qualifications Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail Excellent PC skills including Excel and Word Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable operating in chaotic environment, sometimes with minimal instruction or data available for making decisions Ability to focus on getting to completion of assigned projects Self starter, able to handle spur-of-the-moment projects with minimal amounts of instruction Can-do attitude Fast Learner Able to quickly change focus from one task to another Location: Livingston Compensation: $16-$18 DOE Principals only.
