A highly regarded organization has teamed up with Sabio Systems to recruit for a payroll processor. This individual will be responsible for running a sequence of payroll jobs daily which produce payroll checks and corresponding general ledger and tax reports for several thousand employees. Other duties will include but not limited to: cash data entry, voided checks and ACH reversals, manual checks related to replacement checks, stop payments and direct deposit. Must have at least 3 or more experience with payroll and Time & Attendance, file reconciliation and daily audit insuring key controls are in place. Pulling data requested by internal and external auditors related to key controls. Must have a high level of attention to detail and have great customer service skills.
