The position will require 20+ hours per week and flexibility during the week of close. This will be a Monday through Friday position. A consistent schedule is necessary although the time of the day will depend on the candidate selected. There could be opportunities for full-time work in the future. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. We are looking for someone with great communication skills who enjoys being part of a team in a fast paced environment. To be considered, the candidate must have the following qualifications: Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years in project accounting Required Experience: AS in Accounting, BS preferred. Regular job duties include: - entering project startups - task additions and change orders - enter rate schedules and budgets - billing preparation and close projects - You will also be responsible for reviewing AP and reimbursables for processing.
