Enter new clients into Quickbooks database Track purchase orders, change orders, and monitor fulfillment. Initiate monthly subscription invoices. Send monthly invoices electronically as requested. Track Urgent Service Requests, initiating invoices as work is completed. Respond to client requests for W-9s as needed. This is a part-time, work-from-home job.
