Express is looking for an accountant/bookkeeper. Need a minimum of 5 years experience. Need to be able to record business transactions, retain all accounting records, prepare month-end journal entries, perform various reconciliations, submit reports of business financial operations. Need to know accounts payable and receivable. Need to be able to to bank reconciliation and other projects and assignments as requested. Need to be able to do payroll including documentation and disbursement of all payroll checks, payroll taxes and employee benefit payments. Need to know Quickbooks and have experience in preparing financial statements for CPA review. Pay is 35,000 to 45,000 annually DOE.
