We are looking for a long-term team member to perform all functions of accounting from basic data entry to prepared financial statement (Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss), able to prepare and analyze job costing reports and annual budgets with the ability to be a hands-on person assisting in the administration of the company. This role requires an exceptional individual who will be responsible for all invoicing, receivables, collections, payables, processing general journal entries, cost control, bank reconciliation, payroll, financial statements, annual budgets, and job costing reports. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control principles including knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections. This is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting and three to five years of accounting experience. Candidate must have strong working knowledge of QuickBooks and Microsoft Office. Experience in the construction industry a plus.
