This is an awesome contract opportunity! We are seeking experienced loan processors for an indefinite contract period. Must have a mortgage processing background within the last 1-2 years at a mid-high level. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: -Performs duties related to the processing and/or closing of loans. -Managers an assigned pipeline of all loan types. -Responsible for performing loan documentation duties on the most complex loan packages to ensure compliance with Company policies and government regulations. SKILL REQUIREMENTS: -High school diploma and 4 years related experience. -Demonstrated loan processing/closing experience. -Ability to work in a high volume and high pressure production environment. -Must have a stable work history.
