We are an HVAC manufacturer's rep that is in need of another office manager/bookkeeper. We are a small office of about 10 people so you will wear many hats. Any candidate for this position must have the following: - Excellent customer service skills since you WILL be answering a VOIP phone system from 8-5 - Experience with Quickbooks, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook - Several years of accounting experience - Quick Learner - Follow Directions Well - Able to take a project and complete it with little or no oversight - Self Motiviating We would prefer experience with: - Job costing - Commissions - Maintaining inventory Location: Boise, ID Compensation: Salary 30k-36k depending on experience Principals only.
