Non profit theatre seeks Full Charge Bookkeeper with 3-5 years of bookkeeping and administrative experience. Required skills include proficiency in Quickbooks and Excel. Responsibilities include A/P, A/R, bank reconciliations, monthly financial statements, cash flow projections, weekly reports to the Executive Director and interaction with the board of directors. Administrative duties will include supervision of volunteers and interns as needed, maintaining records and interaction with customers, vendors, contractors and employees. Strong organizational and customer service skills are a must. This is a part-time position, 15-20 hours per week, not eligible for benefits with a starting salary of $13 per hour.
