Bookkeeper Needed! Construction Company in need of an experienced bookkeeper immediately! Responsible for A/R, A/P, P/R, Bank Reconciliations, Taxes & Records for multiple books to name just a few. Construction Experience a plus, Master Builder & MS Excel software preferred. Must be Professional, a Team Player, Organized and Confidentiality is a must! • Must know Master Builder, QuickBooks or other finance software. • Must have minimum 2 years experience as a Bookkeeper/Accountant. • Must be an organized individual with the ability to multi task and be efficient. • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, especially but not limited to Excel Spreadsheets, Word Documents and Outlook. • Must be a team oriented individual with the ability to adapt to any situation. • Must be able to handle incoming calls as well as other daily tasks. • Must be a goal oriented individual with aspirations in life. • Must be willing to take directives and complete them in a timely fashion as asked. • Organization, Filing, and Being Detail Oriented is a Must!
