Job Duties will include the following: contacting Home-Owners who have expressed an interest in refinancing, setting appointments, helping in processing loans, document and file preparation, retrieving documents from Borrower’s, and working alongside experienced and focused loan officers. This is not a telemarketing job So Telemarketers need not to apply! This will be a Part-Time Position initially. A full time opportunity will be available after 60 days with potential to succeed as a licensed loan officer. Part-Time Hours will be: 12PM to 4PM or 4PM to 8PM Monday through Friday. This is a Commission only position. You will receive $300.00 to $500.00 Per Unit that has closed! Your potential yearly income is estimated at $50,400.00 with no experience and working Part-Time.
