A well established mortgage company is looking to add a Closer/Funder to their staff immediately. The Closer verifies that all closing documents are complete, as well as quality control on the entire file. They also will coordinate payoff and funding of the loan to the Title Company's Escrow account. They are responsible for drawing documents and then reviewing to fund. This is managing the entire A-Z closing process. REQUIREMENTS * 3-5 years of closing/funding experience * MUST have high volume experience.
