Full Time Lock Desk Representative immediatly needed. The person that was in this position is bieng promoted within the company. This job pays $10 an hour and is full time. Experience in the mortgage industry not required but is a huge plus. Experience pricing loans, reading rate sheets, running approvals, etc is a BIG plus. Your job duties would include: -Compiling daily rate sheets into one standard rate sheet. -Pricing, and locking loans with the right lender. -Managing all forward lock expirations and extensions -Run Automated Approvals -Assist in submiting files to processors. -Issue reports to management -help coordinate loan processing with Loan Officers -help with other activities when needed such as marketing, financial items, reporting etc. The Succsessful candidate will have strong multitasking skills, strong organizational and tracking skills, be proficient in using the internet, and MUST BE VERY DEPENDABLE as this position is vital to the daily operations of the company.
