We are currently seeking a highly organized Full Time Year Round Payroll Administrator. This position is primarily located in our Bozeman office but travel to our Big Sky and Ennis offices will be necessary. The primary responsibilities of this position include processing and reconciling payroll information, booking payroll numbers using our Accpac Accounting software and providing internal and external payroll reports as necessary. As well as assisting the Director of Finance with any additional tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of payroll tax laws, as well as state and federal wage and hour laws. Proficiency in Word and Excel and strong oral and written communication skills are necessary. Must have the ability to travel between office locations and weekend work may be necessary during peak season. A professional appearance and attention to detail is a must and the ability to manage and maintain confidential information is required. Candidate must be able to frequently lift or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift or move up to 40 lbs. This position is open until filled.
