Lighthouse Computer Services is looking for a Payroll and Benefit Coordinator to own commission calculations, payroll management, record keeping, and benefit administration. The ideal candidate will accurately calculate monthly and quarterly commissions and bonuses and process a semi-monthly payroll using ADP PC Payroll for Windows for over 100 employees in several states and resolve questions and issues in a timely and proactive manner. Must have extensive experience running reports in ReportSmith and be an expert in Excel. Experience in a small, multi-faceted Human Resources Department and/or HR certificate a plus. Knowledge of benefit administration and executive level administrative support needed. Ideal candidates are customer services oriented, resourceful and accountable to their assigned tasks. Experience working in a small company where you are asked to wear many hats and often step out of your actual job to aid where needed.
