PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES: -Loan application decisions up to conforming loan limits. -Verifies customer income documentation. -Resolves routine title issues including, but not limited to: child support liens, judgment liens, mechanic liens and undisclosed liens reconveyances. -High level of customer service. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: *5-7+ years of recent processing experience *FHA/VA - Government programs *Managed an average pipeline of 60+ loans Required Skills: MORTGAGE LOAN PROCESSING FHA/VA LOANS Location: South Jordan Compensation: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour This is a contract job.
