Prestigious Investment Advisory firm is seeking a Portfolio Administrator to join their growing Providence office. This firm has roughly $3 billion in assets under management and is based in New York. The Portfolio Administrator’s responsibilities include: Administer approximately 600-800 portfolios, including account reconciliation, client service issues, corporate actions, trade discrepancies, preparation of client reports and other administrative duties; set up and prepare for trading all new portfolios assigned to portfolio administrator; check for daily inflows and outflows of cash and /or securities and make traders aware of the flows; reconcile completely all assigned portfolios monthly; communicate with FAs as necessary; download daily transactions from Advent's REX interface and match against existing transactions in Axys and research and respond to Marketing/Sales and New Accounts inquiries. Qualifications: 2-4 years related experience; knowledge of APL and Axyx; Bachelor’s Degree preferred Compensation: Base salary with bonus eligibility.
