Position Overview Collections Assistant Key responsibilities: • Answer the majority of the incoming phone calls and emails for the Collection Team. • Assist with payment requests and requests for invoices • Collect and issue billing adjustments and small write offs, when applicable • Contact accounts to obtain updated credit card information • Assist Collections team as needed The following requirements are necessary: • High school diploma or equivalent • Some accounting/finance college hours preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Previous customer service experience • Strong problem solving skills • Organized and detail oriented • 2+ years experience in a collections role • MS Office applications and Outlook skills are a plus • Ability to work in a team effectively In return for your results, HireRight will provide you with the opportunity to develop your full potential in an entrepreneurial e-commerce environment.
