Bookkeeper with the right skills needed to work in office for small Construction Company. Hours required will be Mon-Tues 8:30am to 3pm and may require additional days. Major responsibilities: * Processing all AR and AP. * General ledger * Bank Reconciliations * General office administration duties – answer phones etc. Required: * SOLID KNOWLEDGE OF QUICKBOOKS A MUST * Ability to multi-task proficiently * Accurate and good communication skills * Strong Computer Skills, Microsoft Certified a plus and Networking experience a plus * Strong attention to detail and high standards of quality * Must have a minimum of 5 yrs. bookkeeping experience Location: Blackstone, MA Compensation: TBD This is a part-time job.
