Jobing Description Process loans for customers as needed for loan programs offered. Duties included: Review of loan file for compliance and completeness. Work with loan originators for additional information or requirements. Ability to maintian a pipeline of 30 plus loan files Order all necessary documents to satisfy underwriting requirements from loan originator, customer, or investor. Track all documentation in Encompass loan origination system Review documenation received and verify accuracy or ommission Communication with loan originators to insure timely and accurate processing of loan files. Clear all approval conditions as outlined by underwriting determination Loans to be processed to meet contract deadlines and rate lock expiration dates Assist other processors, underwriters,and closing department as needed. Assist with any post-closing conditions as required Maintain strict confidentiality regarding customer's account and other information Must be able to work under pressure and possess excellent organizational skills Must be able to prioritize work flow according to closings dates. Knowledge of current states's mortgage lending laws Order FHA and VA lending information from government sites Skills/ Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 3 years of conventional fixed and ARM mortgage loan processing. Working knowledge of VA & FHA loan processing. Experience working with 5 or more investors. Experience on mortgage loan processing system preferably Encompass. Experience with Microsoft office products. Working knowledge of DU, LP, and other AU systems, FHA Connection, VA website. Ability to accurately input data. Good grammar and diction. Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
