Our realtor base has more than 150 active realtors in Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, East Mountain area, Santa Fe and Espanola. Leads are provided, but candidate must be self motivated while needing little direction. Our realtors demand someone that has meticulous follow-up and who pays close attention to details. We are a conventional, VA, and FHA lender with MFA capabilities. Some telecommuting is acceptable, but some office coverage is necessary. Two years experience, or equivalent to, is required.
