Successful commercial construction company needs an experienced full charge bookkeeper preferably with construction bookkeeping experience. The right person for this job will enjoy working in a company office and most of the employees are off site. You will have your own office and the boss is very nice and this is a great relaxed work environment. We are looking for someone that is seeking a long term job, not just a paycheck. The right applicant should have good work experience with AP, AR, payroll, General ledger, Journal entry, job costing, payroll taxes, government reporting, work orders, etc. Currently using Sage Timberline and QuickBooks, Excel, Quattro Pro, and MS office porducts. You will also maintain all accoutning documentation and records,so you must be ok with the filing part of the job.
