Position#1 - Manager of Finance The Manager of Finance should be a smart, motivated & hard-working individual who will be responsible for the management and coordination of financial analysis and key reporting metrics as well as the supervision of analysts. Key job responsibilities include: 1. Assist in the monthly, quarterly and year-end accounting close process to ensure that financial statements are accurate and complete in all aspects. 2. Oversight of capital expenditure reporting environment, including analysis & forecasting 3. Prepare monthly detailed line-item P&L forecast 4. Oversight of Headcount reporting environment, including analysis & forecasting 5. Identify cost saving opportunities through expense & capital expenditure case study analysis 6. Support & resolve HQ & field operations financial reporting / accounting challenges 7. Effectively manage the core financial system including account usage, entity structure and reporting design/distribution. 8. Perform various ad hoc projects and other duties, as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance. MBA preferred. * Minimum of 4-6 years of progressively responsible experience in accounting or financial reporting environment required. * Strong Microsoft Excel skills and proficient in MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of Hyperion Essbase and Oracle 11i Financials, a plus. * Strong written and verbal communication, organizational and analytical skills required. * Familiarity/experience in telecommunications industry a plus * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and time sensitive deadlines. Flexible hours may be required around reporting deadlines. * Punctual, regular and consistent attendance Position #2 - AP Supervisor - Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the accounts payable department - Work as part of the management team to develop departmental goals and objectives - Exhibit fiduciary responsibility by managing costs and developing efficient processes. - Interface with other A/P areas to ensure efficient processing of invoices and reimbursements. - Regularly conduct staffs performance appraisals; coach and develop group personnel. - Work with manager on monthly accrual. - Ensure proper controls are in place and monitored for tax reporting, audit and fraud prevention. - Help set and monitor departmental performance criteria. - Review department processes for compliance with company policies and procedures. - Maintain customer service approach when working with all internal and external customers. Minimum Qualifications: - BA, BS in Business Administration or Accounting, (May be supplemented with 5 years or more of Accounts Payable supervisory experience). - 3 to 5 years of relevant Accounts Payable experience required. Must have successful proven experience in developing and executing department strategies and supervising a team to meet the goals of the strategies. - Previous supervisory experience required.
