The ideal candidate demonstrates a thorough knowledge and understanding of asset management, loan underwriting, valuation analysis, and operational awareness. • Institutional asset management experience required. • Strong credit, analytical and risk management skills. • Minimum of seven years in the real estate industry, preferably with major financial institution credit training. • Bachelors Degree in Finance, Business, Real Estate or equivalent work experience. Relevant post-graduate degree and/or training preferred. • Experience applying financial analysis skills in the context of credit decision-making required. • Experience using automated database, spreadsheet, and analysis tools. • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute solutions to complex issues and transactions.
