SUMMARY DESCRIPTION Act as Credit Union representative to the general public. Opening new accounts while aggressively cross-selling Credit Union products to new, existing and potential members. Interview, underwrite, approve/deny, preparation and closing of consumer loan applications based on lending authority limits while maintaining product sales averages in accordance with branch goals. Provide member service needs, i.e., Notary Public services, loan and savings account questions, and debt counseling. Project a professional and positive image of the Credit Union through personal grooming, dress and behavior. Must possess, or be able to attain within a specified time period, State Insurance Certification for selling Credit Life/Disability insurance. **Must be able to work flexible schedule, this is a 7 day a week location and employees work a rotating 4/10 schedule** REQUIRED EDUCATION: High School Diploma or Equivalent REQUIRED SPECIFIC SKILLS: Good verbal and written communication skills, basic 10-key calculator, computer and typing skills.
