Sr. Analyst – 3 month contract – Wilmington, DE
Minimum Requirements
· BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics
· 3 to 5 years of Capital, Fixed Assets and Staff Finance, or Audit Accounting experience
· Strong Team Player with solid communications, interpersonal and organizational skills
· SAP experience SAP v 4.3 minimum, 6.0 desired. SAP Modules experience: GL, PS, AA and IM (General Ledger, Project Systems, Asset Accounting and Investment Management) SAP IM, Projects and Fixed Assets and supportive transactions and reporting.
Candidates should have experience with the following:
Capital Management, Forecasting, Fixed Assets transactions, reporting and GL Entries. Business Partnering relationships with several Business Area Capital Teams.
The manager is looking for a candidate with strong capital planning, fixed asset management and SAP experience.

The Sr. Analyst – Capital & Fixed Asset is responsible for working with designated US Business Areas to Control and facilitate finance control over the Capital Planning, Capital Execution / Delivery and Costs Settlement to Fixed Assets Process. The position is the Capital Process Expert and is responsible for the Education and Knowledge Transfer of system, process, policies and business requirements for the execution of process transactions, financial reports, management progress / status tools and the overall success and achievement of process results. The position is responsible for validation of activities are in compliance with Sarbanes Oxley requirements for the execution of capital projects to budgets and the control and management of fixed assets property and equipment. The position develops reports that improve the control and oversight of the process and works collaboratively with the US Business Area participants to improve process information and results on a continuous basis. The position prepares, reviews and reconciles financial ledgers on a monthly basis for management, quarterly basis for management and AFFIRM, as designated for RBU and ABU activities and maintains both a SET based and US Consolidated Rollforward financial reporting perspective of capital expenditures, assets additions, transfers and retirements. Maintains Sarbanes Oxley Risk and Control Matrixes, Issues Logs, Segregation of Duties, MySAP Role-based Security Profiles and recommends formal changes to MySAP Master Data and CAP / eIP System Processes and technology applications.
Major Responsibilities
· Collaborates with Capital process participants in US Business Areas to ensure the accuracy, integrity and consistency of the Capital Planning, Capital Projects and Fixed Assets Information records and financial reporting.
· Provides Capital Process Education and Knowledge Transfer on US Policies, Procedures and MySAP, CAP and eIP System applications
· Responsible for financial reconciliation’s for Capital Expenses, Cost Settlements and Fixed Assets Costs
· Responsible for Group AFFIRM reporting for Capital Sanctions, Pre-sanctions and Fixed Assets Valuations and provides for forecasts and simulation modeling to identify financial risks and opportunities.
· Responsible for Capital, Deprecation and Cash Flow budgeting and forecasting for Book and Tax purposes for ABU and RBU
· Administers and maintains Capital Project and Fixed Assets Master Data and makes recommendations for changes and informational / reporting improvements
· Assists with Cost Segregation Studies and ensures Projects settlements provide the correct level of Fixed Asset additions for financial accuracy, beneficial cost management and future identification of assets for retirements in conjunction with future Capital Investment Planning
· Provides financial support and services for US and Swedish Tax Groups on property accounting matters, depreciation methods / costs and expense classifications
· Provides financial support and services for Internal / External Audits and Sarbanes-Oxley focused evaluations
· Provides financial support and services to accomplish annual Insurance Reevaluations of Capital and Fixed Assets
