A Wilmington-based, non-profit organization is currently seeking a CFO who will be responsible for management of the overall financial operation of the organization. This position will work closely with the Executive Director and a volunteer Finance Committee in the execution of their responsibilities. Minimum requirements are a Bachelor’s Degree in accounting/finance with a minimum of five years’ experience in the nonprofit affordable housing field. An MBA or CPA is preferable.
