Primary Duties/Responsibilities: * Perform reviews, evals, and make recommendations for correction and/or improvements of internal, operational and mgt control systems and org performance * Compliance with SOX * Performs application and general control audits in Diverse I/T environment * Conduct closing references, prepare audit reports, annual external audit and special projects * Assist in due diligence reviews, annual risk assessment and conduct fraud investigation * Interact with many levels of mgt, vendors, etc... * Financial balance sheet reviews and application audits * Assist in planning * Assist in extent of testing * Review transactions, docs, records, reports and test for accuracy and effectiveness * Prepare working papers * Audits business applications, review disaster recovery plans * Report audit findings and corrections/improvements, etc... * Prepare reports integrating business data files using ACL softwares * Overnight travel up to 50% * 4-6 years experience, related degree 4 years...CPA, CISA, CIA or MBA with industry experience in public accounting.
