Job functions (essential to achieving job objectives) – * Assist the corporate finance function by performing recurring analysis related to the monthly close, SEC reporting and financial budgeting. Specific tasks include: a. Review and participation in the annual budget and mid year forecast process b. Preparation and tracking of the consolidated earnings estimate process c. Preparation of key reports used by senior management d. Monthly review of foreign currency accounting by all divisions e. General review of monthly financial statements f. Participation in bi-monthly credit meetings * Project oriented analyses related to Corporate strategic initiatives such as: a. Acquisition due diligence b. Restructuring analysis c. Financial modeling * Project orientated analyses related to subsidiary operational and financial risks & opportunities including: a. Make vs. buy analyses b. Standardization of financial reporting processes c. Profit improvement initiatives d. Process improvement projects Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant audit and financial analysis experience. Detailed understanding of GAAP. Proficient with Microsoft Office software package.
