Global experience a distinct advantage. **Work with Human Resources and Payroll Manager overseeing the payroll and benefits. **Act as a key member of the executive team and participate in the process of setting the organizations short and long-term budgets and in translating the vision and goals set by the companies' effective operational strategies and actions. **Oversee the legal and compliance departments as well as General Admin. **Reporting: compile financials **Analyze and make recommendations. Requirements: **10+ years of accounting experience, experience developing detailed analyses of operating revenue and expenses on an ongoing basis, experience automating accounting processes and with system implementations.
