We are a rapidly expanding multi-branch financial services company specializing in check cashing and payday loans. We are interviewing qualified candidates to fill Branch Manager Positions in one of our Las Vegas store locations. POSITION SUMMARY: Direct the business operations for a branch location to maximize sales and profit by ensuring the quality of the operation and the effectiveness of the team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Direct customer service activities to deliver the highest possible level of fast, efficient, and Knowledgeable customer service. 2. Conduct on-going training, evaluation, and development of branch staff. 3. Complete store schedules according to volume of business to maximize branch efficiency and minimize labor costs. 4. Assign tasks to team members in order to ensure completion of all daily tasks. 5. Maintain operational security of the branch according to the Security Policies and Procedures to prevent losses. 6. Manage collection efforts to ensure calls are made twice daily and the Special Program is properly utilized to maximize the collection of returned items and to grow revenue. 7. Minimize costs by controlling labor, supplies, and managing other variable costs. 8. Administer required paperwork on a timely basis. 9. Organize and conduct regular store meetings and one on one’s. 10. Maintain cleanliness and physical appearance of the store and building including but not limited to ensuring that all signs are in proper working condition, all office equipment is working properly, and the building is structurally sound and safe. 11. Ensure that all team members maintain a neat and professional appearance in accordance with the dress code. 12. Share knowledge, cross train, and keep branch personnel well informed. 13. Report all pertinent information to DM in a timely manner. 14. Hold yourself and the team accountable to the company rules and policies. 15. Personally count all the cash in the store at least three times each week. 16. Personally count the Green Box at least every other day. 17. Implement new products and services. 18. Assist in the recruiting and training of prospective employees. 19. Get approval from the DM for extraordinary expenses, team member promotions, and terminations. 20. Approve time off requests of branch team members. 21. Ensure that all shifts are covered when a team member calls in sick. 22. Be available by telephone 24 hours a day for Alarm Monitoring and team members calls. 23. Choose one team member to mentor and develop into a Branch Manager. 24. Give praise every time you witness a job well done and only reprimand when absolutely necessary. Look for and point out the positives. 25. Submit ideas and proposals for the improvement of the company to the VP of Operations. 26. Support the company and its officers when in the presence of team members. 27. Set the example at all times. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Work effectively as part of the team. 2. Use the Time Clock program to clock in and out every time. 3. Perform other work-related duties as assigned. 4.
