Rapidly growing global company is seeking a Director of Finance and Operations for their corporate office here in Las Vegas. Looking for someone that is hands-on with strong budgeting and forecasting experience who will maintain responsibility for the daily accounting, operations, financial projections, reports and treasury functions. The prime candidate will be responsible for directing the fiscal function of the company in accordance with accounting and financial principles and regulations. **Manage the financial activities and ensures that the day to day operations are met. **Work with the Chairman and Regional CEO's to develop the budgets and operating plans. **Maintain control of the finances for all company accounts, manage the accounts and all financial records, prepare and issue financial statement and reports. **Experience taking companies public and or employee benefits scheme. Global experience a distinct advantage. **Work with Human Resources and Payroll Manager overseeing the payroll and benefits. **Act as a key member of the executive team and participate in the process of setting the organizations short and long-term budgets and in translating the vision and goals set by the companies' effective operational strategies and actions. **Oversee the legal and compliance departments as well as General Admin. **Reporting: compile financials **Analyze and make recommendations. Requirements: **10+ years of accounting experience, experience developing detailed analyses of operating revenue and expenses on an ongoing basis, experience automating accounting processes and with system implementations.
