Hello, For what I am looking: 1 bedroom/ own bathroom, furnished or not, rent includes utilities, month to month (30 notice of cease of lease), need room by 2/28/09. I am 23 yrs of age and work full time in aerospace Mon.- Thru. I am currently studying accounting and insurance licensing. I am single, have no pets, no children, and am clean. My preference would be staying with a family (with religious background) and have my own bathroom. With my schedule I am not home late (except Wed nights as I commute to Northridge that day) and spend my weekends in apple valley as that is where I attend church. I have never tried drugs and drink an occasional wine or beer with my dinner. Baby-sitting on Tue., Thru., Sat. evenings and anytime Fridays can be arranged for rent negotiations.
