This two-bedroom apartment located on Lazy Mountain is available starting June 1st. The only utility you pay is electric, which is about $50/month. The apartment is situated a perfect distance from downtown Palmer. It's a three minute drive to downtown but has the feel of being out in the countryside. Do you like to bike; it's an incredible ride down the hill from the house with easy access to the Matunuska glacial morraine to go hiking for miles out on the gravel bars. This is a great spot! The view of Pioneer Peak and surrounding mountains is awesome. The apartment has all the appliances (stove, frig and access to washer/dryer). It is not furnished; I furnished it well, myself, for about two hundred dollars at garage sales. I lived here for the past two years and it has been fantastic. It is a very quiet building. It is the second floor apartment; so you don't hear anyone walking around and also the other folks don't have any problem with you turning up the volume.
