It comes with a microwave and range. It has a completely landscaped and fenced in backyard. There is an 8ft x 8ft storage shed on property for your use. Pets are welcome and a dog/cat door is already built in. A $200 non-refundable cleaning deposit and first and last month's rent are required to move in. Subject to employment verification. As an FYI: all the utilities (water, garbage, power, gas) usually come to around $150 per month. Available right away! Again, the yard is completely fenced in and is perfect for pets or children. Some of the questions I've received are: Does it have a garage? No, it doesn't, but it does have a driveway along the side of the house. There is also street parking.
