Responsibilities: - Maintain timely flow of portfolio related information including news items and stock analysis, earnings reports, SEC filings and portfolio company events. - Assist with research related to potential investments including news and relevant contact searches - Trade securities on US stock market, maintain trade information and monitor movement of portfolio holdings. - Maintain relationships, accounts and databases related to vendors, brokers and investment banks. - Create and maintain financial documents including spreadsheets, expense reports and records in QuickBooks. - Maintain calendars using MS Outlook. Schedule meetings, conference calls and appointments as requested with consideration for international time zones. - Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, visas, scheduling and prepare trip itineraries. - Maintain office organization including building management, IT management, filing, office supplies inventory and facilities coordination. - Conduct various projects as needed including some personal assistance.
