Responsibilities: * Perform a vast array of administrative tasks including but not limited to managing calendars, preparing expense reports, answering phones, managing facilities and equipment). * Coordinate duties for multiple offices. * Handle highly sensitive, confidential information. * Provide strategic support such as evaluating data or resolving minor operational issues with your manager's guidance as needed. * Organize and manage department meetings, off-sites and other activities.
