Responsibilities include: -Answering a high volume of phone calls, responding to general inquiries, and relaying detailed messages to the appropriate staff member in a timely manner. -Coordinating meeting room schedules, managing the office calendar, and distributing materials for conference calls and business appointments. -Performing a wide range of important support functions including updating databases and conducting general Internet research as needed. -Providing administrative support, as needed. Qualifications: -Solid administrative experience working in a fast-paced corporate office. -Strong organizational skills and an ability to multitask in a high-energy environment. -Ability to approach challenges with flexibility and resourcefulness. -Well-developed and focused ?can-do? attitude, team-player mentality, and highly professional demeanor. -First-rate communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in all MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
