Duties and responsibilities: Converse intelligently and effectively with high net worth clients, outside vendors, and home office support personnel. Respond to client requests quickly and accurately. Prepare and maintain client files. Maintain liaison with building management and maintenance staff. Take responsibility for ordering office supplies and coordinate maintenance on office equipment. Qualifications: This employee must be able to identify problems and work quickly and independently to a solution.
