Position Description for: Autocad Technician Responsibilities: • Review and analyze specifications, sketches, drawings, and related data to assess factors affecting the structure electronic components and materials, and the procedures and instructions to be followed. • Confer with customer and vendor representatives to review schematics and answer questions. • Working from sketches, notes and other input materials, develop detailed AutoCAD drawings. • Review of contract documents with team members and checking of drawings for accuracy and coordination. • Enter provided data into data management system. • AutoCAD Design supporting DoD C41 drawings • Perform other job related tasks as assigned by management Education and Experience Requirement • Two-year degree or equivalent work experience. • Minimum 2 years of autocad experience in Mechanical Drafting, CAD, or other related discipline • Proficient in AutoCAD Architectural Desktop or similar software • Demonstrates working knowledge of relevant aspects of commercial planning and design • Prior experience with CAD operation related to electronic components is a plus • Proficient MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint Desired Competencies • Strong work ethic • Dependable • Exceptional safety and quality awareness • Adaptable to changing schedules • Exceptional attention to detail in high pressure environment • Ability to follow directions and procedures Location: Pearl City Systems Center FLSA: Nonexempt (Full-Time) Location: Honolulu, HI Compensation: Salary: $20 - $25 hourly Principals only.
