We have two rooms available in our three bedroom house... First room: available asap, $550, ocean views, 4 windows and very bright, huge closet with full length mirror, hard wood floors. Second room: available August 1st, $550, same as the other room but mountain view. These 2 rooms are the same size and will share a bathroom together, there is no need to sign a lease and the deposit is flexible. About the house: We are located at the top of Palisades on Mahilani about 10 minutes from town and 5 minutes to the airport. Has an awesome lanai with perfect ocean views and a very cool elevation. Fully furnished house, whats ours is yours...there is a bed for the first person to come and an airbed for the second (if needed). We are a couple sharing a room with our own bathroom, both employed full time and work a lot. Like the house to stay clean and pretty quiet. Just looking for 2 cool but mellow roomies to share this house with that can actually pay the rent on time. Sorry, no pets (I'm allergic) Smoking on the lanai ok and 420 friendly.
