Plant Nursery Grower- We have an opening in our growing department here at our Hilo nursery. This position focuses on the growing of foliage crops and bromeliads as well as general nursery work. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry level grower or someone with a degree in one of the life sciences. Major duties include, but are not limited to, watering, fertilizing, pest control, application of growth regulators and scheduling of crops. The ability to work all day with out smoking, good work ethic, computer experience, a valid driver’s license is required. A passion for plants is hoped for. Salary is based on experience.
