I am single professional 36 year old male looking for a 1 bedroom or studio in the Newton,Arlington,Watertown area or other surrounding areas maybe a possibility. I would like to find a place that is not a basement apartment or on a main street. It has to have either laundry or laundry hookups, off street parking and a bedroom to fit a queen bed and dresser. The rest of the qualities I may look for in a place would depend on the area and type of structure it is in. As for rent I would like to stay in the $800 to $1100 range depending on if it includes utilities or not. I am able to move in at anytime and able to provide first, security and 1/2 fee if needed.
