Hi- I am a single mother with a 12 year old child,. I wil be moving out of my apt come August 1, and would love to find another single parent to share expenses with, and rent a great apt or house together. Ideally, I would like to keep the rent as low as possible to save money over the next year[s]. I have never done this before, but I believe that this could work out well with the right combination. I am hoping to rent somewhere in a good school district, [we currently live in Newton] and also since we have two cats, someone who either also has pets, or who doesn't mind cats.
