Developing and maintaining transmission line and sysem participations agreements. Negotiates wholesale transmission participation, wheeling and ancillary service contracts. • Develops transmission service specifications and agreements • Prepares and finalizes written contracts • Develops economic analysis for transmission participation using spreadsheet programs • Assists in analyzing and evaluating economic and financial data and develops recommendations • Analyzes costs of different alternatives • Administers existing transmission participation and service agreements • Completes special projects as assigned. Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a BS in a related field or an advanced Business degree with more than the minimum years of experience in areas listed below • 5 years of electric utility experience in several of the following areas: transmission system operations and maintenance, transmission system planning, transmission construction cost budgeting and accounting, FERC and NERC rules and practices re transmission reliability criteria, transmission tariffs, rates and financial analysis, inter-utility customer service, contract writing and administration Full time position relocation provided.
