Responsibilities include: - Provide intermediate to advanced-level administrative expertise and office management support while acting as an administrative resource for company?s professional team. - Develop and manage administrative operations for the firm. - Coordinate and manage schedules, calendars, and logistics for a wide range of daily operational activities, business meetings, and events inside and outside the office. - Draft and initiate correspondence; coordinate production, assemble and distribute presentation materials; maintain databases; manage document and report production. - Establish and maintain file records, office systems, travel arrangements, and expense reports. - Coordinate marketing events; establish working relationships with venders; write marketing copy for advertising purposes; update CV?s - Basic computer and office machine maintenance - File Management - Monthly invoicing and A/R - Basic reception duties.

Compensation: $32,297 - $137,277
