Bend based innovative business enterprise is currently searching for a Sales Person - Manager. This innovative design enterprise of internet and media driven startups and advertising solutions has just recently relocated its base to Bend Oregon and seeks a highly motivated, entrepreneurial spirited person to be their Sales Person - Manager. In this role, the ideal candidate will have a background in selling and comfortable with a variety of sales techniques including business to business, telephone, email, and door to door. Responsibilities • Sales duties including ad space sales, design labor sales, site development and other revenue building solutions. • Close profitable sales in a timely manner., growing revenue through selling services, attain monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals throughout all projects, and build trusted and long term relationship with customers across a wide range of ventures • Help acquire and train sales team. • Serve as sales manager during pre-sales strategic planning, scoping website development requirements and implementation of design development projects. • Participate in new business / proposal presentations, client meetings, and brainstorming meetings to provide ideas and solutions for the best way to visually communicate goals and messages. Requirements: • Self motivating and directing. • Proven track record of achieving goals. • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. • Strong presentational skills with proven sales and prioritization skills. • Ability to manage the entire sales team and process from hiring and training to prospecting, negotiate and closing new accounts. • People friendly, enthusiastic, highly motivated, outgoing and strong negotiation skill. • Prior experience in creation and implementation of successful and profitable sales plans and marketing programs is a plus.
