Large Medical office is seeking indiviual to coordinate office relocation. This is a temporary position beginning in June and ending sometime in July. Skills required include, flexibility excellent organization, good knowlege of business practices, knowlege of contract notifications, knowlege of occupancy status requirements, abilty to negotiate contracts effectively, abilty to take charge and delegate. Ability to organize database for mailings, ability to work closely with a variety of individuals throughout our moving process. Must be able to pass a criminal background check , have a clean driving record, and references must be available.
