Minimum Requirements: • B.S. degree in Math, Business or Economics, MBA preferred. • 5 or more years of progressive experience in financial analysis and the secondary mortgage market. • Ability to analyze trends and compare current and prior situations to create new solutions. • Understanding of database tables and familiarity with mortgage loan data. • Knowledge of SAS and SQL programming and database query packages, such as Business Objects, to extract data for analysis. • Very good interpersonal skills with ability to work in a team environment to achieve individual objectives and organizational results. • Flexibility to work additional hours on an as needed basis to meet deadlines
 • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity. Applicant must meet ALL of these requirements. Description: • Serve as a subject matter expert by answering internal/external questions related to the performance of the HASP. • Create a tracking system to log requests and response times. • Log phone requests and responses provided into tracking system. Prepare summary level statics on types of calls and response times. • Complete ad hoc data query requests, using SQL, as required. Perform appropriate quality control checks to ensure the accuracy of the data provided. Also, create a data base to store the relevant data and code. • Interact with the Reporting unit to provide guidance on common requests which may require the creation of standard canned reports need to be created for.
