HCSG is looking for career orientated individuals to join our company and compliment our management team at work in this area. OPPORTUNITY As a District Manager for Healthcare Services Group, you will be responsible for the operations of 10-12 facilities within a tight geographic area. There will be an initial 90-120 day period, where each candidate will move through an accelerated program of orientation to our systems and procedures and will function for a brief time as a facility manager in order to become familiar with the day to day operation of our buildings. In the end, we hope to blend the experience each potential District candidate brings from their work history with the HCSG business philosophies and create a solid District Manager for the organization. DESCRIPTION The District manager is the key management position within our organization. They are the company representative to all of our clients and handle all aspects of the business at the front line level. All management development is done at the grass roots level and as such falls under the direction of the District Manager. The ultimate responsibility for the control of the dollars that flow in and out of each facility rests in the hands of the District Manager.
